I have already linked my device. Why am I not seeing data for my personal goals?
Personal goal data can be obtained from a wearable, but can be entered in FitLyfe as well.
Data will appear on the My Progress Screen once your device or wearable has been linked to FitLyfe and data has been retrieved. If you have not linked your device, please click here.
If you have already linked your device and the data is not showing, make certain you have provided consent for FitLyfe to retrieve your data.
If consent has been provided, check the last sync data for your device and make certain data is available for FitLyfe to retrieve.
