For those who possess a wearable Samsung Health device, FitLyfe 360 can conveniently synchronize with it. This keeps your FitLyfe 360 profile updated and accurate following a short setup.


To begin you'll need your Samsung device and to have the Health2Go mobile app installed. If you do not have Health2Go installed already, instructions on how to do so can be found here.


 

Note: You can only have one wearable device linked to your FitLyfe 360 account at any given time.


 

Step 1: Open the Health2Go mobile app on your Samsung Health device. Then tap the "Settings" option on the bottom right side of the app.

Step 2: Tap on the "Apps" option under the "Connected App"  section.

Step 3: Then tap on the "Samsung Health" button from the list of options provided.


 


 

Step 4: A window will appear asking for your Samsung account login, followed by requesting permissions to sync the different types of Samsung Health data to FitLyfe 360. This part of setup will not proceed unless the Samsung Health app is installed on your phone. Tap "Continue" to move on to the next step.


 

     


 

Step 5: You'll be then brought back to the "Settings" page from earlier. Provided Samsung Health has been connected properly, it will appear at the top under the "Connected App" section. At first, it will display "Syncing" but then shortly after should display the date and time it was last synced.


 


 

In order to unlink the device, simply tap the green slider and confirm you wish to unlink it. This process can take a number of moments as it disconnects from the device and application.

I linked my device but I don't see my data in FitLyfe? 


Login to Samsung Health App, tap on the right side menu then tap on the cogwheel. This will open Samsung Health settings, tap on Account and Syncing then Sync now. This process will only sync data with Samsung. To ensure that data is synced with FitLyfe, keep the Health2Go app open to let it upload the data to the server.
