To view your weight progress, click on View My Progress within the dashboard. Select the Weight Tab to view your goal progress.

A graph is provided at the top of the screen and may be used to view your progress over a specified date range. Hover over a point on the graph to view the logged weight for that day.

Use the Date Range options in the upper right corner of the graph to view your progress over a specified date range. The default selection is the past year from the current date.

Click on the Start Date, End Date, or the Calendar Icon to select a new date. Use the arrows to change the month (or year) and then select the desired day. The graph will update automatically to show your weight data for the entered date range.

Date and time are displayed for your time zone. Additional sections will appear below the graph. They may be used to view and mange your weight goal, weight log, and reward information (if configured).

Setting a New Weight Goal

The current weight goal will be displayed in your progress and changed by completing the following steps:

Step 1: Click on Set New Goal in the My Weight Goal section of the screen.

Step 2: Next, type a new weight goal you would like to achieve. Click Save My Goal to save your change and update the goal weight. The change will be displayed underneath My Weight Goal after saving.

The Weight Graph will update automatically for the selected date range when a new goal has been set for weight loss or gain.

Viewing Your Weight Log

The Weight Log can be found at the bottom left of the My Progress Screen. Here you can view logged weight changes and log these changes manually when needed.

A date may have multiple weight logs if time was logged manually one or more times and/or synced from your device/wearable.

The log is broken down into each day to show the Weight in Pounds and the BMI value for that weight. The device data was retrieved from will be displayed to the right of this information.

Each date in the log can be collapsed or expanded by clicking on the icon to the left of the date. The red X may be used to remove an entry from the log.

If a rewards program is in place, the red X next to a log entry means that you have not met the rewards threshold or the point has not been processed.

Manually Logging Weight Changes

Weight data should be retrieved from a linked device (wearable). If you have not linked a device, please refer to the Wearables section of the documentation. To manually add weight changes to the log, complete the following steps:

Step 1: Click on Log Weight located within the top left of the Weight Log.

Step 2:  Next, click on the Activity Date field to type a new date or time. You may also use the Calendar Icon and Clock Icon to configure the date and time information. Type the new weight value and then click on Add Weight Log

Step 3: The manually added weight will appear within the Weight Log under the appropriate date and time. The Weight Graph at the top of the screen will automatically show the new entry as well.

Rewards Program

A rewards program can be set up where points are awarded for entering and tracking certain activities in FitLyfe. This feature is dynamic and will depend on how the Admin has configured the program within FitLyfe.

If a rewards program has been set up by the Admin, you will see a Rewards Section. The link at the top of the Rewards Section may be used to view a pop-up window showing a detailed history of points earned during the reward campaign.

Troubleshooting FAQ

I link my device, but do not see my weight goal data. Why?

I link my device, but do not see my weight data. Why?

Weight data can be retrieved from you wearable if permission has been given for FitLyfe to retrieve the data and the device is set to sync weight data.

If weight data is not being displayed, check the following:

  1. Has authorization been given to FitLyfe to retrieve the data?
  2. If FitLyfe has been integrated, is it configured correctly with this manufacturer to retrieve weight data?
  3. Have you synced your device recently?

If you have not linked your device or need to view sync information, please see the Wearables section of this guide.
