To view your sleep progress, click on View My Progress within the dashboard. Select the Sleep Tab to view your goal progress.

A graph is provided at the top of the screen and may be used to view your progress over a specified date range. Hover over a bar on the graph to view the logged number of hours of sleep for that day.

Use the Date Range options in the upper right corner of the graph to view your progress over a specified date range. The default selection is the past month from the current date.

Click on the Start Date, End Date, or the Calendar Icon to select a new date. Use the arrows to change the month (or year) and then select the desired day. The graph will update automatically to show your sleep data for the entered date range.

Date and time are displayed for your time zone. Additional sections will appear below the graph. They may be used to view and manage your sleep logs, sleep goal, and reward information (if configured).

Click on the Learn More about Sleep Goals link below the graph to view a pop-up showing the recommended hours of sleep for each age range.

Setting a New Sleep Goal

The default goal for Sleep is 8 hours. However, this can be changed by viewing your goal progress and it is recommended to follow the best practice guidelines.

These guidelines can be found by clicking on Learn More about Sleep Goals link within the Sleep Goal Progress page. This will open a pop-up window with best practice recommendations for sleep based on age group.

Complete the following steps to set up a new sleep goal:

Step 1: Click on Set New Goal in the My Sleep Goal section of the screen.

Step 2: Next, type a new sleep goal you would like to achieve each day (hours and minutes). Click Save My Goal to save your change and update the daily sleep goal. The change will be displayed underneath My Sleep Goal after saving.

Viewing Your Sleep Log

The Sleep Log can be found at the bottom left of the My Progress Screen. The log will reflect the selected filter date range at the top of the screen. Here you can view logged sleep hours over the selected time frame and manually log hours when needed.

A date may have multiple logs if time was logged manually one or more times and/or synced from your device/wearable. The log is broken down into each day to show the day of the week, date, time, and sleep time.

Each date in the log can be collapsed or expanded by clicking on the icon to the left of the date. The red X may be used to remove an entry from the log.

If a rewards program is in place, the red X next to a log entry means that you have not met the rewards threshold or the point has not been processed.

Manually Logging Sleep Time

Sleep data should be retrieved from a linked device (wearable). If you have not linked a device, please refer to the Wearables section of the documentation. To manually add a sleep log, complete the following:

Step 1: Click on Log Sleep located within the top left of the Sleep Log.

Step 2: Use the Calendar and Clock to select the start date/time and end date/time. Once finished, click on Add Sleep Log

Step 3: The manually added sleep log will appear within the Sleep Log under the appropriate date and time. The Sleep Graph at the top of the screen will automatically show the new entry as well.

Rewards Program

A rewards program can be set up where points are awarded for entering and tracking certain activities in FitLyfe. This feature is dynamic and will depend on how the Admin has configured the program within FitLyfe.

If a rewards program has been set up by the Admin, you will see a Rewards Section. The link at the top of the Rewards Section may be used to view a pop-up window showing a detailed history of points earned during the reward campaign.
