Manually Adding a Blood Pressure Reading
Blood pressure reading data should be retrieved from a linked device (wearable). If you have not linked a device, please refer to the Linking Devices to FitLyfe section of the documentation.
Blood pressure readings will be synced from your linked device automatically as long as everything has been configured correctly. You may also manually add a blood pressure reading by completing the following steps:
Step 1: Click on Add a Reading in the upper right corner of the Blood Pressure Logs.
Step 2: Enter or select a Log Date and Time. Then enter your Systolic, Diastolic, Heart Rate values. A comment may be entered as well. Once finished, click on Add BP Log.
Step 3: The manually added blood pressure reading will appear within the Blood Pressure Log under the appropriate date and time. The Blood Pressure Graph at the top of the screen will automatically show the new entry as well.
Editing a Blood Pressure Log
A blood pressure log can be edited if needed by using the Pencil Icon for the appropriate reading in the Blood Pressure Logs. The same window will appear as when manually adding a reading to the log. Make any needed changes and then click on Add BP Log.
Logs added by a health coach, physician, etc. cannot be edited. You can only make changes to your own entries.
Removing a Blood Pressure Log
A blood pressure log can be removed if needed by using the Delete (X) Icon for the appropriate reading in the Blood Pressure Logs. The log will be removed immediately with no other warning messages.
Logs added by a health coach, physician, etc. cannot be removed. You can only remove or maintain your own entries.
Rewards Program
A rewards program can be set up where points are awarded for entering and tracking certain activities in FitLyfe. This feature is dynamic and will depend on how the Admin has configured the program within FitLyfe.
If a rewards program has been set up by the Admin, you will see a Rewards Section. A link will be provided at the top of the Rewards Section when it has been configured. Click on the link to view a pop-up window showing a detailed history of points earned during the reward campaign.
Troubleshooting FAQ
I link my device, but do not see my blood pressure data. Why?
I link my device, but do not see my blood pressure data. Why?
Blood pressure data will be present depending on if the device integration pulls blood pressure data or not.
If FitLyfe is integrated with the device to pull blood pressure data and it is not being displayed, check the following:
- Have you given permission to sync data?
- Is blood pressure data available for retrieval?
