The purpose of this module is to provide you with real-time redemption of your earned rewards or incentives depending on the program you have participated in.
Reward Catalog: This page can be accessed from the program type dashboard. Depending on your employer configuration, the Redeem button will be visible when you redeem your incentives through FitLyfe. FitLyfe offers three types of program incentives:
- Wellness
- Recognition
- Disease Management
Each program type catalog provides a unique list of gift cards or items selected by your employer. Each gift card is available in certain denominations selected by your employer.
Place Order: Once you select the item from the catalog, you will have the available amount to redeem based on your available points.
To Place, a gift card order, click on the Place Order button and wait for few seconds to process your request. You will receive an email with a maximum of one minute with a link on how to view your order details.
Order History: This page provides you with a list of all your orders and order details. You can access this page from the user menu > Order History
