Event Documents Purpose

The purpose of the Event Documents is to add and manage any documents pertaining to the event.

For example, if a document must be completed and brought to an on-site event by an attendee, it can be added here and downloaded by users when viewing the event details. 

Event Documents Overview

The Event Documents Tab may be used to add documents to an event, download an event document, or to remove documents from an event.

Admins may view and download these documents for an event at any time. The documents will also appear within the event details page and can be downloaded by users when viewing this information. 

Adding Event Documents

To add an event document, click on Add New Document within the Event Documents Tab. You can drag and drop files or click to select a file on your computer.

The following files may be added here: Image, PDF, Excel, Doc, or PPT files. File size should not exceed 15 MB.

Once the file has been selected, click Save to finish. Use the Remove File option to remove the file without saving. This option will only appear after a file has been selected.

Deleting Event Documents

An event document can be deleted by clicking on the Delete Icon (X) to the right of the file name within the Event Documents Tab.

A confirmation window will be provided. Click on OK within the confirmation window to finish.
