Badges Purpose
The purpose of the Badges Tab is to manage the badges or medals awarded to members for reaching health point goals in the system.
Badges Overview
The Badges Tab may be used to set up and manage the badges or medals awarded for reaching a defined number of health points in the system.
Badges and point values may be configured for specific locations or all locations. This information will be displayed within the Badges Section of the Health Points Dashboard.
Within this configuration, point values may be entered for each member to achieve. Once the points have been reached, they are awarded the badge or medal.
Points are cumulative meaning that each badge or medal builds on the points earned from the previous one.
Maintaining Badge Information
To view, configure, and manage your health point badges, complete the following steps:
Step 1: Click on Admins > Settings and then click on the orange widget tile.
Step 2: Select the Badges Tab.
Step 3: Enter all required information. Items with an asterisk* are required.
Step 4: The Badge Type may be a Medal or a Ninja (Badge). An example of each is displayed to the right of this menu.
Step 5: The Locations menu may be used to configure badges for a location or all locations. Each location may build their own badge configuration by selecting their location in the drop-down menu. If the location does not have a configuration, then it will default to "all locations".
Step 6: Configure a Badge Name for each medal or badge you want to set up. This can be anything you want (Level 1, Level 2, Bronze, Gold, etc.) and will appear on the badge within the My Badges Section of the Health Points Dashboard.
Step 7: Assign a Point Value for each medal or badge. Once the user reaches the point level, they will be awarded the medal or badge. This information will be displayed when hovering the mouse over the medal or badge within the My Badges Section of the Health Points Dashboard.
Step 8: Click Save to save the badges configuration.
You can click on this tab at any time and make changes. Remember to click save once the changes have been made or they will not be saved in the system.
