Wellness Analytics Purpose

The purpose of Wellness Analytics is to generate reports based on user and/or system data. 

Wellness Analytics Overview

Wellness Analytics Reports can be accessed by clicking on Admin > Wellness Analytics

Each report may be selected from the drop-down menu and will have its own set of configurable options.

Generating Analytic Reports

Select the report and then configure the provided options. For certain filters such as the State, you may select more than one option. Use the X to remove criteria for a filter. 

Once finished, click on Generate Report. The report will be generated and opened on a new tab in your browser. 

If no data is available based on the configured filters, then you will see "No Data Available" within the generated report.

Use the Reset option to reset the report filter criteria. This will clear out the current filters and criteria for the selected report. 

Available Reports & Filters

The following table may be used to learn more about each available wellness analytics report:

General User

The General User Report shows participant data based on gender, age, and relation.

Filters in the next column may be used to add additional criteria for the generated report such as for a specific state or relation.

The following filters may be set up for the General User Report. Items with an asterisk* are required to generate the report.

  • State - Filter the report by one or more states.
  • Location - Filter the report by one or more company locations.
  • User Type - Filter by a specific user type (registered or unregistered).
  • User Status - Filter by the user's status (active or inactive).
  • Registration Date Between - Enter a date range for the user registration.
  • Logged In Date Between - Enter a date range for user logged in dates.
  • Relation - Filter by relation to the member (associate or spouse/domestic partner).
  • Include Data - When checked, a second page will be included in the report showing the user's data: Unique IDNameDOBRelation, and Email Address.
Tobacco Report

The Tobacco Report shows tobacco user data based on gender, relation, age, and users that completed coaching.

Filters in the next column may be used to add additional criteria for the generated report such as for a specific state or user status.

Note: This report is only available when online user attestation is required.


The following filters may be set up for the Tobacco Report.

  • Campaign Year - Select a campaign year for the report.
  • States - Filter the report for one or more states.
  • Location - Filter the report for one or more company locations in the system.
  • User Status - Filter the report by user status (active or inactive).
  • Certification Date Between - Filter the report by a tobacco certification date range.
  • Include Data - When checked, a second page will be provided in the report showing the following user information: Unique IDNameDOBRelationEmail AddressTobacco User (Y or N), and Qualified (Y or N).

Note: Only the Campaign Year is required to generate the report.

Campaign Biometric Comparison

The Campaign Biometric Comparison Report can be used to download an executive summary report for the select campaign year.

This report shows the program overview, goals, screening results, and the outcome summary.

The following filters may be set up for the Campaign Biometric ComparisonReport.

  • T1 - Campaign Year - Select a campaign year for the report.
Wellness Credit

The Wellness Credit Report shows the wellness credit information for the chosen campaign year.

As part of this information, you are able to view data for each program within the selected campaign year. This information is broken down between associate and spouse/domestic partner.

The following filters may be set up for the Wellness Credit Report.

  • T1 - Campaign Year - Select a campaign year for the report.
Fitness ChallengeThe Fitness Challenge Report shows challenge information based on the chosen Report Type and entered Date Range.

The following filters may be set up for the Fitness Challenge Report. All filters must be configured for this report.

  • Report Type - Select the report type to be viewed for the fitness challenge (General Tracking, Weekly Awards, User Registration, Medal Earned by Location, Medal Winners by Location, and Total Steps by Location).
  • Challenge - Filter the report by a specific challenge.
  • Location - Filter the report by a specific location or all locations.
  • Dates Between - Filter the report by a date range for the fitness challenge.
Health Points

The Health Points Report shows each user's earned health points for the chosen campaign year.

Within this report, you will see basic user information. Health points are then displayed for each program as a separate column.

The following filters may be set up for the Health Points Report.

  • Campaign Year - Select a campaign year for the report.
  • Location - The report may be filtered by a specific location or for all locations.
  • Department - The report may be filtered by a chosen department within the company such as marketing or all departments.
  • Activities - The report may be filtered by a chosen activity such as
  • In Plan Members - The report may be filtered by "in plan" or "out of plan" members.

Note: Only the Campaign Year is required to generate the report.

User Goal

The User Goal Report shows user goal status and campaign information for the chosen year.

Within this report, you will see basic information for each user (ID, name, email, etc.) along with the goal status and campaigns.

The following filters may be set up for the User Goal Report.

  • Campaign Year - Select a campaign year for the report.
  • Location - The report may be filtered by a specific location or for all locations.
  • Department - The report may be filtered by a chosen department within the company such as marketing or all departments.
  • User Type - Filter the report by registered or unregistered users.
  • In Plan Members - Filter the report by in plan members (yes or no).
  • User Goal - Filter the report by user goal status (In Progress, Didn't Meet Goals, or Met Goals).
  • Relationship - Filter the report by relationship (associate or spouse/domestic partner).

Note: Only the Campaign Year is required to generate the report.

User Health Risk Assessment

The User Health Risk Assessment Report shows HRA status data for users.

For each user, you will see their basic information and if the HRA was completed.

The following filters may be set up for the User Health Risk Assessment Report.

  • Location - The report may be filtered by a specific location or for all locations.
  • Department - The report may be filtered by a chosen department within the company such as marketing or all departments.
  • Relationship - Filter the report by relationship (associate or spouse/domestic partner).
  • Status - Filter the report by the HRA status (Complete, Incomplete, or Not Started).
  • Dates Between - Generate report data for an entered date range.
Wellness Event

The Wellness Event Report shows program event information for a selected program within the filters.

For each user that is part of the selected program, you will see basic information. Additionally, the report shows if they attended and completed the biometric.


The following filters may be set up for the Wellness Event Report.

  • Program - Filter the report by a specific wellness program.
  • Event Name - Filter report data by one or more events in the system. Use the menu to select each event name.
  • Dates Between - Generate report data for an entered date range.

Note: A program must be selected to generate the report.

User Registration

The User Registration Report shows the registration information for each user.

This includes the registration date and if they registered (Yes or No).

The following filters may be set up for the User Registration Report.

  • Location - The report may be filtered by a specific location or for all locations.
  • Department - The report may be filtered by a chosen department within the company such as marketing or all departments.
  • User Type - Filter the report by registered or unregistered users.
  • User Status - Filter the report by user status (active or inactive).
  • In Plan Members - Filter the report by in plan members (yes or no).
  • Relationship - Filter the report by relationship (associate, spouse/domestic partner, or contractor).
