Wellness Toolkit Purpose

The purpose of the Wellness Toolkit is to provide ready-to-go marketing materials that can be tailored to fit your company wellness program needs. 

Wellness Toolkit Overview

The Wellness Toolkit provides several templates, which can be modified for your company. Each template download is a fillable PDF.

These are marketing materials made available by FitLyfe that your company can customize and use. Click on Admin > Wellness Toolkit to access this information.

Tabs are provided for accessing templates regarding the following: Biometric Screening, Eating Well, Health Education, Health Risk Assessment, and Fitness Challenge.

For each tab, you may also view Posters or Email Templates. Click on either tab to view available templates. To view a larger image of the template, click on the image within this screen. 

Downloading & Customizing Templates

To download a template, use the tabs to locate a template and click Download. It will be downloaded to your computer.

Once downloaded, the template can be opened and modified on your computer. You can change the verbiage, add the company logo, and other information. The design of the template cannot be changed.
