You must be logged into the system as a Coach or Coach Manager to have access to this information.
Medical Condition Purpose
The purpose of the Medical Condition Tab is for the coach to manually add and manage member medical conditions.
Medical Condition Overview
The Medical Condition Tab can be accessed by clicking on Coach Center > Coach User Search. After locating the member, click on the Pencil Icon and then select the Medical Condition Tab.
Note: This information is not seen anywhere else in the system and is specifically for the coach to manage this information.
For each medical condition on the Medical Condition Tab, you will see the Date, Medical Condition, Assigned Coach, and Status.
A coach may be assigned to the medical condition, but does not have to be assigned. You may view, add, update, and delete medical conditions as it applies to the member.
Page navigation options are provided at the bottom of the tab and may be used to maneuver between the pages.
Adding a Medical Condition
To add a medical condition, complete the following steps:
Step 1: Click on Add New Medical Condition.
Step 2: Enter all required information. For medical conditions, the Date. Risk, and Status are required.
Step 3: A Coach may be assigned to the medical condition. If they should not be assigned, then leave the selection as "Unassigned". Otherwise, a coach may be assigned from the menu.
Step 4: The medical condition may have one of two Statuses: Active or Pending. Content will only be tailored for health risks with an "Active" status.
Step 5: Click Add to finish.
Updating a Medical Condition
Each Medical Condition will have an edit option once added.
Click on the Pencil Icon to make changes and then click Update once finished.
Assigning a Coach
To assign a coach, complete the following:
Step 1: Click on the Pencil Icon for the medical condition.
Step 2: Select the coach with the Assigned Coach menu.
Step 3: Click Update to finish.
Changing the Status
To change the status, complete the following:
Step 1: Click on the Pencil Icon for the medical condition.
Step 2: Select the status with the Status menu.
Step 3: Click Update to finish.
Deleting Medical Conditions
To remove a Medical Condition, click on the X to the right of the appropriate risk.
Click OK in the confirmation window to finish.
