You must be logged into the system as a Coach or Coach Manager to have access to this information.
HRA Results Purpose
The purpose of the HRA Results is for the coach or coach manager to view the status of a member's HRA along with score results and the physician report.
HRA Results Overview
When searching for a member, you will be able to see if the member completed the HRA. If completed, the HRA Score will be displayed.
It has not been completed if no score is displayed within the search result table for the member. Additional information about member's HRA results can be viewed within the HRA Results Tab.
This tab can be accessed by clicking on Coach Center > Coach User Search. After locating the member, click on the Pencil Icon and then select the HRA Results Tab.
Page navigation options are provided at the bottom of the tab and may be used to maneuver between the pages.
Understanding Column Data
The Initiated Column shows the date the member started the HRA and the Completed Column shows the actual date the member completed the HRA. The Status Column will show if the HRA has been completed, is incomplete, or is in progress.
A member can start the HRA on one date and then complete it on another date or complete the entire HRA in one day.
The score results for each completed HRA will be displayed in the table. If the HRA has not been completed or is in progress, no score results will be displayed.
Example 1: A member may start the HRA on Monday (Initiated Column) and then finish on Friday of that same week (Completed Column).
Example 2: A member started the HRA, but did not complete it. Then there will be a date in the Initiated Column and an Incomplete status, but no Completed Date.

Downloading Reports
Coaches and coach managers have access to the physician report. This report can be downloaded by clicking on the icon within Physicians Report Column.
After clicking on the icon, the report will be downloaded to the Downloads Folder on your computer. It may be opened from this folder or the browser and reviewed at any time.
