Notes Purpose

The purpose of the Notes Tab is to view and add notes for a member.

Notes Overview

The Notes Tab can be accessed by clicking on Coach Center > Coach User Search. After locating the member, click on the Pencil Icon and then select the Notes Tab

Here, you will see each note that has been added for the member including the subject, note, reference ID, who created the note, and when it was created. You may also add notes for the member. 

Use the Slider located to the right of the notes to scroll through the member's notes when multiple notes have been added. 

Information added here can only be seen by Coaches and Coach Managers. Members cannot see this information. 

Adding Member Notes

To add a note, complete the following steps:

Step 1: Click on Add New within the Notes Tab.

Step 2: Enter the required information. Item's with an asterisk* are required.

Step 3: The Title drop-down menu can be used to select a subject for the note. This should be the topic or reason for the note. It could be tobacco certification, wellness credits, screening info, etc. Select an option from the menu. 

Step 4: The Description can contain more details about the subject. This information will also appear in the Notes Tab for each member note. 

Step 5: Click Save once finished.

Step 6: Click Ok in the confirmation window. The note will appear on the Notes Tab for the member after saving.
