Coach Schedule Purpose

The purpose of the Coaching Schedule is to search for and view the coaching schedule based on entered or selected filter criteria.

Coach Schedule Overview

To access this search form, click on Coaching Center > Coaching Schedule after logging into the system.

The search may be filtered by member first name, member last name, coach, session date from, session date to, or any combination of these criteria. 

Viewing the Coach Schedule

A search may be performed to view the entire coaching schedule for a member, a coach, a specific date, or time period.

Enter the desired filter criteria and then click on Search.

Each appointment meeting the criteria will be displayed below the filter information. 

The table will show the member's name, discussion topic, session date, session length, and method.

An icon will be present in the Method Column to show the type of call: audio, video, or telephone call. What is shown in this column will depend on the type of call. 

Use the Pencil Icon to access and make changes to an appointment.
