Test2Go is an app provided by FitLyfe to eliminate the need for Cholestech LDX test results manual data entry.  The app allows you to search for a registered participant, flag attendee status, and enter screening results. 

App Configuration 

• Download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store 
• Enter the activation code provided by FitLyfe. The activation code can be found on the footer of the web version of FitLyfe 360.
• Enter your FitLyfe 360 credentials and tap on submit 
• Your device will be validated with FitLyfe 360. 
  • If your device is authorized, you will continue to the next step to configure  your fast login and start using the app 
  • If your device needs to be authorized, you will receive the following message 
    • "Your device has not been authorized yet"
    • Follow up with your program admin or FitLyfe client services to validate your device.
