How To Register Your Account
You will need to register for FitLyfe to get started. Your employer will provide registration instructions, including a URL for accessing FitLyfe and some form of a Unique ID. (This can be called an employee ID, user ID, policy ID etc.)
Complete the following steps to successfully register your account:
Step 1: After clicking the URL you were provided, click on Create New Account at the sign-on page.
Step 2: Enter your unique Employee ID and select the appropriate option for your relationship status. If you are single, select "Associate". If you are the spouse/domestic partner of the employee, select the appropriate option from the drop-down and enter your own unique ID and Birthdate.
Step 3: Once you have created your account, you will be verified and able to log into FitLyfe. Click on Home to return to the login. Enter your account login information and then click on Login.
Step 4: The registration process will be completed after your account has been created, and you have successfully logged in with the new account. You will receive a welcome email after this process is complete.
