Access User Account Information
After an account has been created, you can access user account information to do change your username, email address, password, PIN, and security questions/answers.
To view your user account information, complete the following steps:
Step 1: Click on the User Settings Icon (or) User Menu and then select Account Information to view user account information.
Step 2: Click on one of the displayed tabs (Security, Privacy, or Preferences) to view additional information and make changes.
Note: The screen will default to the Account Information Tab. Information displayed on this tab must be changed by your Administrator and you will need to contact them to do so.
Profile Photo
A profile photo may be uploaded during account creation or at a later time via a mobile device or web browser. The photo may be uploaded and viewed on the Account Information Tab.
You can upload a photo, rotate by 90 degrees, change the current photo, and delete the photo as needed for your profile. The photo will be automatically adjusted to the correct size when uploaded.
To upload/edit the photo:
- Hover the mouse over the current image.
- Click or tap on Edit.
- Click or tap on Change Image to upload a new image.
- (or) Click or tap on Delete Image to remove the current image.
- Remember to click or tap on Save Changes.
Security Settings
The Security Settings may be used to manage security for your user account. Here, it is possible to view your current settings and make any needed changes. This tab may be used to view and manage the following settings:
- Review your Username and Email Address. Click on the field and enter the new information.
- Change your Password. Click on Change Password to configure a new account login password.
- View, Establish, or Change the PIN. The PIN is used on-site to provide consent to access your data and when contacting customer support.
Important: It is very important to create a security PIN. It is used for support and to provide online consent for biometric screenings and other items in FitLyfe.
- Review your Security Questions/Answers and make any needed changes by selecting a question and/or typing the answer. The answer is not populated for security reasons, but you always will have the value saved in system.
Note: Account history information can be viewed in this tab as well including your registration date and last successful login information.
Privacy Settings
The Privacy Tab may be used to specify whether or not you want to allow a coach to access your Personal Health Information.
When enabled, a health coach can view your biometric information and contact you regarding health coaching. This option is enabled when the slider is green with the word YES.
This option will need to be disabled if you want to use the system without having a coach. Click on the slider to disable the option and it will appear in red with the word NO.
Preferences
The Preferences Tab may be used to enable or disable text communication preferences from FitLyfe 360. It may also be used to override the default time zone and to select a new time zone to be displayed for event dates and times. Click on a slider to enable or disable the preference.
Text Communication
When Yes, you will receive text messages from FitLyfe 360 to alert you on various topics. When NO, you will not receive text messages from FitLyfe 360. Click on the slider to change the current setting.
Time Zone Preference
When Yes, event dates and times will display relative to your current location time zone. When NO, you can override the default time zone and choose a new time zone to be displayed for event dates and times. Click on the slider to change the current setting.
Device Sessions
Each time you login from a mobile device, you will need to establish a Face ID or PIN Number.
The Device Sessions Tab shows each mobile device a Face ID or PIN Number has been established for. It can be used to review and manage this information.
For each device session, you will see the following on the left:
- Type of Device
- Device Name
- Last Active Date and Time
To remove a device connection, complete these steps:
- Click or tap on the Settings (Cogwheel) Icon.
- Click or tap on Logout.
Note: It is important to check your device sessions often and ensure all of your mobile devices are in place.

How can I add my profile photo?
Complete these steps to add a profile photo:
- Click or tap on the User Settings Icon (or) User Name drop-down menu.
- Select Account Information.
- Click or tap Edit after hovering your mouse over the portrait.
- Browse to and select a photo on your mobile device or computer.
- Click or tap Save Changes.
How can I remove my profile photo?
Complete these steps to add a profile photo:
- Click or tap on the User Settings Icon (or) User Name drop-down menu.
- Select Account Information.
- Click or tap Edit after hovering your mouse over the portrait.
- Click or tap Delete Photo.
Where do I go to change my email, username, or password?
Complete the following steps:
- Click on the User Settings Icon (or) User Name drop-down menu.
- Select Account Information.
- Select the Security Tab.
Where do I go to view and manage my security questions?
Security questions and answers are managed from the Security Tab under Account Information.
Use the drop-down menu to select a question and then type the answer to that question.
How do I change my username?
Your username may be changed when viewing the Security Tab underneath Account Information.
Click on the field to enter a new email address.
How do I change my email address?
Your email address may be changed when viewing the Security Tab underneath Account Information.

How do I change my account password?
Your password may be changed when viewing the Security Tab underneath Account Information.
Click on Change Password. A pop-up window will be provided for entering and confirming the new password.
How do I change my event time display?
To select a different time zone for displayed event dates and times, select the Preferences Tab underneath Account Information.
Then, click on the time zone preference slider to disable the preference. It will show NO when disabled.
Finally, select a time zone from the drop-drop down. Now all event dates and times will be shown based on the selected time zone.
Why do I need to establish a PIN?
A PIN is established to be used for electronic consent when you are interacting with a coach, having an onsite screening, or contacting support to verify your account security.
