Messages Overview
The messages feature may be used to send secure messages to the program admin, coaches, and customer service in your program. From here, you can view, send, and receive messages.
Accessing Messages
You can send secure messages to your program admin, coaches, and customer service in the program by clicking on the Messages Icon.
This will redirect you to the Message Center where you can view your Inbox and Sent messages or compose a new secure message.
The Inbox Tab is selected by default and received messages are displayed.
Viewing Messages
Click on the Inbox Tab within the Message Center to view any received secure message from other members of the program.
Click on the Sent Tab within the Message Center to view the secure messages you have sent to other members of the program.
Messages will be displayed as a list. Depending on what option has been chosen (inbox or sent), you will see who the message was sent to or received from.
Additionally, you will see the subject and date. Double-click on a secure message in the list to view a pop-up window showing the message.
Sending Messages
To compose and send a message, complete the following steps:
Step 1: Click on + Compose Email to compose and send a secure message. Use the pop-up window to compose and send your message.
Step 2: Select a Recipient from the To drop-down menu. These are recipients in your program who can receive secure messages. The person's role (program manager, coach, customer service manager, etc.) is displayed to the right of their name in this menu.
Step 3: Enter a Subject for the message.
Step 4: Type your Message Body using the rich text editor.
Step 5: Click Send to send the secure message to the recipient. You can click on the Sent Tab to view your secure message.
