If you are encountering issues with Health2Go not properly pulling data from Apple Health, it may be caused by improper or revoked permissions. This is easily resolved by manually checking the correct permissions are enabled for Health2Go through the Apple Health app.

Step 1: Launch the Apple Health app on your Apple device.

Step 2: Tap on your icon in the upper right corner of the screen. This should look like the initials of your name.

Step 3: Scroll until you see the Privacy group and tap the Apps option.

Step 4: Select the Health2Go app from the list of apps that work with the Apple Health App.

Step 5: Tap Turn On All or individually select the data you want Apple Health to share with Health2Go. Although Steps, Walking, and Running Distance, should be checked at minimum, it is recommended you enable all the data points for the app to be most efficient and accurate.

Step 6: After ensuring all the permissions are set properly, restart and sign-in to the Health2Go app mobile app, allowing a few moments of using your device for it to sync and update. If you are still encountering issues, restart your Apple device(s) and the start/sign-in the Health2Go app. Tap Settings and if everything is connected properly, the Apple Health app will have its slider enabled and produce the most recent sync date and time.
