The purpose of this article is to view all orders placed through FitMall and to be able to access Order Details. 


After placing an order, checking on its status or seeing your past orders is only a few clicks away. The Order History page shows the record of all of your past reward redemption purchases in one place. 


To reach the Order History page, you'll click the four-square menuon the FitLyfe Main Dashboard home page, then select the Order History option from the drop-down.



Each entry will provide these things:


  • Item Type and Value for the item redeemed in the order.
  • Redeemed Point Cost is the item's price in points.
  • Order Date/Time that the order was placed
  • Order Status the current status of the order. This is normally either Processing or Completed.
  • Program Type the incentive program the points were deducted from. Wellness, Disease Management, and Recognition as potential examples.


If you wish to see a more in-depth breakdown of the order and/or want to see instructions on how to redeem it, click the Order Details button next to the desired order.
