Biometric Widget
The purpose of this widget is to show your biometric data.
The Biometric Widget will appear in green within the dashboard. The name of the program and details displayed in this widget are determined by your administrator.
Important: This widget will only be visible if your program administrator has configured it to be present in the platform and your company offers the program.
Health Outcome Configuration: Depending on the platform configuration by your administrator, you may see your health outcome information (points or dollars). A bar may be displayed to show your current points or dollars. The administrator may configure the widget to show you previous years information as well.
Health Score Configuration: Depending on the platform configuration by your administrator, you may also see your health score instead of outcome. This score is based off of your biometric information. This biometric data will depend on what your employer is testing for and the purpose of the program. Hover your mouse over the health score information to see a description of what you need to do.
Biometric Dashboard
Click on the header or anywhere within the Biometric Widget to access the Biometric Dashboard. This dashboard shows important information provided by your employer, your credit (or health score) information, and biometric data based off of your onsite screenings.
The Biometric Dashboard is divided into multiple sections or widgets. What you see in the dashboard will depend on what information your employer has configured to be displayed. It may consist of two different views: Health Credits or Health Score. Both are described in further detail below.
Health Outcome Configuration
If your employer has an incentive program where credits (points or dollars) are used to measure progress and provide incentives, then you will see the following sections on the Biometric Dashboard.
Important Information
This section of the Biometric Dashboard contains information your employer wants to communicate with you and depends on what your administrator has configured. It might include important information or messages from your employer.
Quick Links
This section of the Biometric Dashboard contains links set up by your employer and may be used to access additional information. Click on a link to be redirected to the page.
Required Activities
Depending on your employer configuration, you might have activities to be completed. This section of the Biometric Dashboard may be configured by your employer to show any required biometric activities and their completion status. If the activity has been completed, then it will show a green circle with a checkmark.
Biometric Credits
In this dashboard section, you can view your year-to-date totals as well as historical data for previous years. To see a previous year's data, select the year from the drop-down menu. Information will be refreshed automatically.
Below the year selection, you will see the total amount you were awarded for each set up biometric screening item.
Biometric Widgets
These widgets appear below the Important Information and Biometric Credits information on the dashboard. There are three elements of each widget and what you see will depend on how your employer has set it up.
Each displayed widget will be divided into three parts:
- Goal
- Historical data (or baseline)
- Current Test
Depending on how your employer has configured, the widget, you may see an improvement percentage on one or more biometric widgets. When an improvement has been made, you may receive a reward based on your employer's plan.
Note: The image below is just an example and your employer may configure this widget differently than what is shown.
Depending on the plan design, an award may be set for making improvements in a biometric screening area. Award information may be lined out in the Important Information section of the dashboard based on the plan design.
Typically, if you meet your standards, then you earn the incentive. The standard is defined in the Goal portion of the widget.
If you do not meet the standard (i.e. goal), then there may be an alternative standard set by your employer. This alternative standard will appear below the goal in the widget.
Note: If you do not see the alternative standard below the goal information, then you need to ask your employer what is the alternative standards.
An Example: Your employer may set a blood pressure goal of less than 130/85. If your blood pressure readings fall below this, then you have met the standard defined by your employer and will receive an incentive if one is provided.
You may see three icons within the widget based on your current screening and baseline information.
This an alert icon meaning your value is high for the biometric widget.
This icon means your value is ok for the biometric widget.
This icon means your value is too high for the biometric widget. When this icon is present, it is a concern.
