Application Enhancements

The following enhancements have been made to FitLyfe in this release: 

General Enhancements

(Admin Settings)

Added the ability to configure Single-Sign on configuration and error tracking (Client and vendors).

Integration with LabCorp on-site schedule and result retrievals.

Pre defined  Single-Sign-on with Quest Care360.

(Users)

The Recommended Screenings Page has been reformatted for improved usability.

This information can be accessed from the user's home page by clicking (or tapping) on Recommended Screenings located at the bottom of the My Health Plan Widget. 


General System Interface

(All Users)

Every portion of the General System Interface (widgets, details pages, etc.) has been redesigned to modernize the platform.

General System Interface enhancements have also been made to increase speed and system performance.

The logo has been removed from the Mobile View to provide additional room for other features.

The Mobile View has been significantly enhanced to provide a better overall user experience. 

Notification Dismiss Button

(All Users)

A dismiss button has been added to notifications in the system and can be used to immediately dismiss a notification.

Previously, notifications were automatically dismissed after 30 days in the system. 

Help Icon and Menu

(All Users)

A help icon has been added to each application page and can be used to view a drop-down menu of help options. Visible options depend on the logged in user.






Options displayed within the menu redirect the logged in user to the appropriate documentation based on the user's assigned permissions

Users are also able to access and fill out a form for contacting support from this menu. 

An additional help icon can be found on the right side of the Link Device page for linking wearables.

Clicking on this icon will provide additional links to articles designed to help the user link their wearable device. 

New User Profile Preference

(All Users)

Users have the option to take the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) based on a configured language in their user preferences.

The following languages may be selected: 

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Arabic
  • French

This can be accessed by clicking on the user menu and then selecting Account Information from the User Menu and then selecting the User Preferences Tab.

Use the Preferred Language drop-down menu located underneath the Health Risk Assessment section to select a language.

Health Points

(Admin Settings)

Program Icons

50 new icons to have been added as selection items for program admins setting up programs in the system.

These icons can be viewed and selected from the Icon drop-down menu when setting up or adding a new program from the Programs Tab.

(Users)

Health Points Widget

The Health Points dashboard widget now shows progress relative to the user's earned badges.

Email Notifications

Email notifications are sent 1 month before the due date for incomplete required health points by location.

Events Widget and Details

(All Users)

Options have been added to the bottom of the Upcoming Events Widget to provide a direct link for accessing the Event Calendar and Registered Events.

The Event Details page has been updated to appear more modern and improve usability.

Personal Goal Widget

(All Users)

Goal Reset

The goal is reset at the beginning of each year. It is turned into a Personal Health Commitment after December 27 and for the month of January.

SMART Goal Wizard

We have added a wizard to guide the user in establishing their personal SMART Goals.

When the user clicks or taps on the Gear Icon to access and set up their personal goal, they can click or tap on How to Establish a personal goal?

The wizard will appear on the screen as a pop-up window and can be used to help the user establish their SMART goal.

They will need to start typing their goal and click on Next to progress to the next step.

Each part of the SMART Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timed, and Specific) will be covered on its own screen in the wizard.

Progress Meter and Message

The progress meter has been changed to a gauge. The message on this widget has also been enhanced based on the time of the year.

Linking Device and Device Status

Users are now able to link their device directly within the dashboard from the Personal Goal Widget.

If the user has linked their device, this widget will also show the device status including the last activity date.

Users will now be guided to sync if they have not synced for a while to troubleshoot this issue.

Fitness Challenges

The visual design has been enhanced for the hydration challenge. 

Insight Manager

An Assessments Tab has been added to show the users assessment answers including survey statistics.

Added a Biometric participation report.

Reports

(Admin Settings)

Wellness Analytics

The Wellness Event Report has been enhanced. This report can be accessed by selecting Customize > Wellness Analytics and then locating the Wellness Event Report within the selection menu.

We have added a date and time slot along with the option to filter by location. Admins are also able to select multiple locations.

Question Set Report

Created new Question Set Report filter by location, department, program year, and question set.

Coach Enhancements

Added Health Quiz taken by members and Answers Tab.

A Registered User Tab has been added to the Appointments Tab when viewing the member's information from the Coaching Center.

This tab can be used to view the date, time, and duration of each event the member has signed up for and whether they have attended the event or not.  

Expert Advice Widget

(Admin Setting)

Added the ability to customize the background image of the Expert Advice Widget to help people be familiar with coach in charge of the company.

Question Sets

(Admin Settings)

New Question Sets

Added 2 Question Sets in the system.

Text Box Answer Option

Added the ability to have a text box answer to questions. This option is available when creating a question set or adding a question to an existing question set.

The text box option may be selected from the Question Type drop-down menu now for each question, as shown below

(All Users)

Question Set Link

A direct link has been added for each question set that can be copied and provided to the user via email, the company website, or another method.

The user can then click on the direct link and be redirected to a browser window where they can securely complete the question survey.

To access the link, select Customize > Settings > Question Sets Widget Tile.

Then click on the Pencil Icon to view the question set configuration.

Use the Copy button to copy the link for users. 

The link will redirect them to the survey details in their browser and can be used to complete the survey.

User Goals

(Coaches)

Users are able to access annual coach user goals.

An email alert will be sent when a goal is established.

Outcome Dashboard Design

The Outcome Dashboard now shows the status of each outcome.

It also shows only last result that contributed to the outcome.

Updates have been made to the widget design.

Added a customized message to congratulate the user or to inform them the requirement was not met.

Can now specify the number of risks to meet from the outcome dashboard interface.

Added the ability to push success, pending, and failed messages.

Application Fixes

The following fixes have been made for this release version. Fixes are organized by user role: 

Admin

  • Health Education award points can now be awarded to any video based on setting (award points) at the video/audio level.
  • Program admin can now view upcoming events from the dashboard.
  • Location admin can now run reports.

Coach

  • Fixed duplicate columns in the available columns to query. Previously, when going to Coaching Center > Ad-hoc Reports and performing an Advanced Search, duplicate columns would be present.

Users

  • Max awarded points for steps can no longer exceed the total points.
