The following  outlines the application enhancements and fixes included in this release: 

Event Management

  • Send an update invite to registered users when admin change the event date
  • Fixed an issue with event management start/end date validation
  • Fixed the issue with email reminders start time to accommodate for Central America Standard Time and Central America Time.
  • Fixed the issue when admin uncheck attended user within the event roster

FitMall

  • Admin will have the ability to place an order for a user and specify whether the order toward wellness points or employee recognitions.
  • Available amount for the selected gift card is now available in one page

  • Fixed email issue with embedded URL 
  • Added default template to allow HTML formatting
  • Ability to send mobile notifications to users who installed Health2Go version 1.6 for Android or version 2.6 for Apple

  • Fixed the issue with user activity manual entry field label to be dynamic based on the admin selected activity type and unit.
  • Weekly email is now being sent at 6 am client time zone

  • Admin users shall have the ability to add any type of activities without impacting system default activity type such as steps, minutes of exercise, cycling, sleep, etc..
  • Admin can crop weekly image during image upload

Ad-Hoc report

  • Health Risk assessment fields and filter are no longer available in Ad-Hoc reports

News Feed

  • Ability for Program admins and Enterprise admins to configure news feed at the client and location level
  • User shall have the ability to post messages, like messages, and comment on messages
  • Message moderation
    • All messages are moderated by Artificial Intelligence (AI)
    • Users shall have the ability to flag inappropriate message
    • Admins are notified when messages are flagged and have the ability to delete them
  • Support Groups
    • Users can create support groups with certain health and wellness focus area
    • Users can search and join any group
    • Group admin can specify group picture, name, description and interest area
    • Group admin can maintain group members
    • Users can be in one or more groups
  • Recognitions
    • User can give kudos to other users
    • Each user can have certain points to use within the program year
    • Top 5 highly recognized and awarded users are visible in dashboard
    • Users can select the type of Kudos to give and the points associate with each Kudus

Insight Manager

  • Added relationship filter to Health Points stats tab

General

  • Improved page loading for Wellness Analytics page, event search page and widget administration dashboard

Client settings

  • Fixed the issue when admin change login page image to reflect immediately without waiting for the next refresh

Wellness Analytics

  • Fixed data loading issue with biometric cohort executive report
  • Health Score report
    • Users with PHI access roles can filter by participant and non-participant combined rather than selecting one population segment

Health Risk Assessment

  • Coach and coach manger can initiate and complete health risk assessment on behave of a user

Users

Data management

  • Eligibility data upload
    • Enhance eligibility file upload process by eliminating empty rows during the upload process
    • Hire date can be in any of the following format MM/dd/yyyy’, ‘yyyy-MM-dd’, ‘M/d/yyyy’, ‘M.d.yyyy’
    • When importing for a specific location, system shall take the selected location and pre-populate in the imported file. User don’t have to prepopulate the location id in the file 
    • Fixed the issue with create date being off by 1 hour
  • Claim Import
    • Allow 3GB file to be imported from the desktop in addition to the SFTP


Email Alerts

Admin can configure any of the following email at the client level or location level

  • Monthly email balance: Inform users about their earned points and the status of the requires programs to complete
  • Monthly eligible invite email: Sent to eligible who have not created an account with FitLyfe
  • Welcome email: Sent after the user register

User Management

  • Ability for admins to see device sync error, change the last sync date to force points recalculation and get user activities from vendors
  • Improved page load time

Leader board

  • Ability to update leader board widget header content
  • Ability to upload an image for the leaderboard dashboard and overwrite default image


Translation:

  • Ability to translate all content to 14 languages
