You must be logged into the system as a Coach or Coach Manager to have access to this feature.

Coach User Search Purpose

The purpose of the Coach User Search is to locate a member and view the member's health information data.

Coach User Search Overview

To search for members, click on Coach Center > Coach User Search. Within the user search, it is possible to locate a member by First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Date of Birth, Assigned Coach, Medical Condition, or Health Risk

Click on Search after the desired filter criteria has been entered. The results will appear at the bottom of the user search form. 

Important: Keep in mind that you will only be able to search for members who have enabled the "Do you want to allow a health coach to view your biometric information" option within the user's profile preferences.

This option is enabled by default. When enabled, the member should appear in the search. However, if the user has disabled the option, they will not be part of the search results.

Viewing Member Information

For each member matching the filter criteria, you will see the member's Name, Date of Birth, HRA Score, Health Condition, Health Risk, and Status.

Note: The HRA Score is the last assessment score for the individual. If an HRA has not been completed, no score will be present in the table. 

Click on the Pencil to view and manage the member's information. Once you have accessed the member's information, you will see several tabs that can be used to verify the member, schedule appointments, save notes, etc.

The screen will default to the Account Tab, which can be used to verify the member's identify and user information during the engagement process.

Why is the member not appearing in the search results? 

A member will only appear in the results if they have allowed coaches to see their biometric information. 

When this flag is disabled in the user's profile settings, the member will not appear as part of the search results.
